Processing Suggestion:

1. Prepare and cut the EVA film into right size according to the following structure:

glass+EVA film + glass
2. Put the overlapped glass into silicon bag and seal silicon bag well.
3. Activate vacuum pump for 5-8min till vacuum value reach -0.095Mpa to double checking the vacuum is good.
4. Set up the laminating temp. and time and start heating.The following data based on 5mm glass +0.40mm EVA +5mm glass.

2.Does the EVA film can be used for outdoor?

Yes, sure. The EVA film can be used for outdoor, like the outdoor handrail, skylight,etc.It has very good thermal property and weatherability,without yellow change,delamination,haze even after a long time period for exterior application.

3.Does the EVA can be processed in the autoclave?

No, the EVA can not be processed in the autoclave. It should be laminated in oven with negative vacuum and heating.

4.Is it possible to used for outdoor?

Yes, it is OK. All of white film is available for outdoor use.

5.What is size of white film? May I make the customized size?

The standard width of it is 2m/2.4m, and thickness we usually make is 0.38mm.Yes,it is OK for customized size, but its delivery date is longer because it need fresh made.

6.How long is the delivery time for your film?

It is generally 7-10 days after your confirm the order.For full container, it will takes15-20 days.

7.How long does 1 roll film could be finished during production?

It takes 30-40 minutes for 0.38mm film with 100m length.
